Another Strong Cold Front to Move Through Wednesday into Thursday

Another strong cold front is set to sweep across the Gulf Coast region Wednesday into Thursday. However, no wintry precipitation is expected this time.

Temperatures will moderate a bit Wednesday but will quickly drop off again as surface high pressure builds in the wake of the front.

Overnight lows will likely range from the lower to mid 20s across north/central Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama Thursday night. Low/mid 30s to low/mid 40s will be likely farther south.

Looking out into the mid to long range, another strong cold front could move through late this weekend or early next week.
