Potential Tropical Depression Seven Becomes a Tropical Depression in Southwest Gulf

Forecast track for TD 7 from the National Hurricane Center as of 10 AM CDT Tuesday, September 3, 2019.

Potential Tropical Cyclone Seven has managed to become organized enough to be upgraded to Tropical Depression Seven (TD 7).

TD 7 is forecast to become Tropical Storm Fernand by tomorrow, and make landfall in northeast Mexico tomorrow night.
