Michael has made landfall between Panama City and Mexico Beach as a category 4 hurricane.

Michael is the first category 4 hurricane to make landfall in the Florida Panhandle in record history.

Hurricane conditions will spread inland across the Panhandle, SE Alabama, and S Georgia through the evening.
