Things Starting To Bubble in the Atlantic, Possible Disturbance near PR

Aside from the disturbance in the northern Gulf of Mexico, another possible disturbance with the chance of developing into a tropical cyclone is forming near the island of Puerto Rico.  This is not looking like a high chance for development at this time, but it will need to be monitored as the NHC is noting of it’s potential.  Please share this post to spread the word.
